  • Lentils - 250 gr
  • Kupaty - 300 gr
  • Carrot - 200 gr
  • Shallot - 100 gr
  • Water - 500 ml
  • Olive oil - 70 ml
  • Salt
  • Spice

Lentils with kupat Directions

Rinse the lentils. Cut the shallots into strips. Pour oil into the multicooker-pressure cooker bowl, set the "Frying" program for 10 minutes, press the START button. After the countdown of the cooking time has started, put the onion in the bowl, cook until the end of the program, stirring occasionally. Then put the kupat in a bowl, add lentils, put the whole carrots on top, add salt, spices and cover with water. Close the lid and steam outlet valve, set the program "Braising" , product type "Meat" for 20 minutes, press the START button. Cook until the end of the program. After finishing cooking, open the valve and let off steam.
