Ingredients

  • Tuna in its own juice - 300 gr
  • Own tomatoes juice - 200 gr
  • Milk - 100 ml
  • Pitted olives - 80 gr
  • Grated cheese (hard) - 50 gr
  • Egg - 4 pcs
  • Corn starch - 20 gr
  • Olive oil - 20 ml
  • Salt
  • Spice

Mash the fish with a fork. Dilute the starch in 50 ml of milk. Beat the eggs, add the remaining milk, whisking, pour the egg mixture into the diluted starch. Add tuna and tomatoes along with juice, salt, spices and mix thoroughly. Grease a bowl of a multicooker-pressure cooker with olive oil and put the resulting mass there. Top with olives and sprinkle with cheese. Close the lid, do not close the valve, set the program "Baking" for 40 minutes, press the START button. Cook until the end of the program.
