  • Carrot - 2 pcs
  • Parsley (root) - 0.5 pcs
  • Celery (root) - 0.5 pcs
  • Bulb onions - 1 pcs

  • Gelatin - 5 tbs
  • Water - 2.75 l
  • Quail egg - 7 pcs
  • Green onion - 5 gr
  • Parsley

Jellied fish Directions

Put large pieces of fish in a multicooker bowl, add white roots, carrots, salt and spices. Close the lid, start the program "Simmer" for 2 hours. At the end of the program, remove the fish and carrots and cool. Strain the broth, add gelatin diluted in water, stir and pour again into the multicooker bowl. Close the lid, start the "Fry" program for 15 minutes. Put boiled eggs, chopped carrots and pieces of fish in a jellied dish. Pour with broth, refrigerate until it solidifies.
