  • Beef (tenderloin) - 300 gr
  • Garlic - 10 gr
  • Ginger - 10 gr
  • Olive oil - 50 ml
  • Soy sauce - 50 ml
  • Lemon juice - 20 ml

Grate the garlic with ginger on a fine grater, rinse the beef and cut into strips against the fibers. Marinate the beef in a mixture of soy sauce, olive oil, ginger, garlic and lemon juice for 20 minutes. String the beef on wooden skewers. Pour oil on the bottom of the multicooker-pressure cooker bowl, set the "Fry" program for 20 minutes, press the START button. After the countdown of the cooking time has started, put the kebabs in the bowl. Cook until the end of the program, turning occasionally.
