- Turkey (fillet) - 500 gr
- Dry white wine - 300 ml
- Butter - 140 gr
- Tomato paste - 100 gr
- Salt
- Spice

Rinse the turkey. Cut the fillet and butter into 2 cm cubes, put in a multicooker bowl, add salt, spices and mix. Close the lid, using the "Menu" button install the program "EXTINGUISHING" , by pressing the buttons "Hour" , "Min" set the cooking time to 1 hour. Press and hold the "Start" button for a few seconds. Mix the tomato paste with the wine, add to the turkey meat 20 minutes before the end of cooking, stir and close the lid. Cook until the end of the program.
