Ingredients
- Flour - 5 beaker
- Dry yeast) - 20 gr

- Water - 350 ml
- Butter - 50 gr
- For filling:
- Sulguni cheese - 150 gr
- Adyghe cheese - 150 gr
- Fresh basil bundle
- Cilantro sprig
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Egg - 1 pcs

Preparation:
1. Knead the dough, not very thick
2. Turn on the multicooker with an empty pan on the "Heating" mode for 2 minutes, then turn off the mode by pressing the "Cancel" button, open the lid for 15 minutes. Then place the dough in the multicooker pan and close the lid. Leave the dough to stand for 15-20 minutes to rise
3. Make the filling: grate cheese, add cilantro, basil (chop before), garlic (pass through the garlic) and egg, mix everything
4. Once the dough has come up, divide it in two and roll out two cakes
5. Put the first cake on the bottom of the multicooker, put the filling on it, close it with the second cake on top, fasten it on the sides.
6. Set Baking mode for 50 minutes
