Ingredients
- Sunflower oil - 50 gr
- Pork (neck) - 600 gr
- Onion - 1 pcs
- Carrot - 2 pcs
- Rice "Arborio" - 2 beaker
- Garlic - 4 clove
- Bay leaf - 2 pcs

- Salt - 10 gr

1. Cut the pork into cubes.
2. Chop the onion finely, grate the carrots on a coarse grater, pass the garlic through a press.
3. Place all the ingredients in the order shown in the multicooker pan. Rub the rice lightly with a spoon until it is covered with water.
4. Select the mode "Porridge" , cooking time - 50 minutes, then stir and switch to the mode "BAKE" , cook for another 20 minutes so that the meat in the pilaf is roasted.
