Ingredients
- Bulgarian red pepper - 2 pcs
- Bulgarian pepper yellow - 2 pcs
- Bulgarian green pepper - 1 pcs
- Capers - 2 tbs
- Garlic - 2 clove
- Olive oil - 4 tbs
- Olives - 20 pcs
- Parsley - 4 sprig
- Salt
- Pepper

Lecho Directions

Preparation:
Prepare the multicooker and ingredients. Remove the core from the peppers, rinse the pulp well and cut into half rings. Peel and crush the garlic.
Pour olive oil into a bowl and turn on the "Fry" mode for 5 minutes. Fry the garlic in well-heated oil. Add peppers, season with salt, pepper and stir.
Close the lid and cook on Stew for 25 minutes.
Rinse the parsley, chop, mix with capers, olives and add to the lecho at the end of cooking.
Hold the ready-made lecho in the "Heating" mode for another 15 minutes.
