- Water - 150 ml
- Olive oil - 20 ml
- Garlic - 15 gr
- Basil
- Cilantro
- Salt
- Pepper

Pour oil into the multicooker bowl, set the "Fry" program and warm up the multicooker for 5-7 minutes. Place finely chopped onions in a bowl and fry for 10 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes and bell peppers and fry vegetables until the end of the program. Then add the chopped eggplants and green beans, stir, and add water or wine. Add salt, spices, chopped basil and garlic. Close the lid of the multicooker and set the Roast program for 40 minutes. When serving, sprinkle with finely chopped cilantro.
