Meat with dried fruits - recipe
Ingredients
- Veal - 1.5 kg
- Sunflower oil - 100 gr
- Honey - 2 tbs
- Bulb onions - 2 pcs
- Prunes - 100 gr
- Dried apricots - 50 gr
- Raisins - 50 gr
- Dried apples - 50 gr

1. Cut the veal into small pieces. Fry in sunflower oil in a red-hot multicooker bowl for 5-7 minutes on the "FRY" program.
2. Finely chop the onion and add to the meat, continuing to fry for another 3-5 minutes.
3. Stir the entire contents of the multicooker bowl, add honey. Install the program "EXTINGUISHING" for 20 minutes. Stir occasionally.
4. Add pre-soaked prunes and dried apricots, as well as raisins and dried apples to the meat. Stir well and continue simmering for 1 hour. If necessary, you can add some hot water during the process.
5. Serve the meat well on a bed of wild and brown rice.

Finely chop the onion and add to the meat, continuing to fry for another 3-5 minutes.
Transfer all contents to a mule cooker, add honey and simmer for another 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add pre-soaked prunes and dried apricots to the meat, as well as the rest of the dried fruits, mix thoroughly and continue stewing for an hour (if necessary, you can add a little hot water in the process).
Serve well on a pad of wild and brown rice.
