  • Beef - 300 gr
  • Pork - 300 gr
  • Chicken (leg) - 2 pcs
  • Pork fat - 100 gr
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Bay leaf
  • Allspice (peas) - 4 pcs
  • Salt - 1 tbs

1. Cut the meat from the chicken legs, cut all the meat and lard into pieces of about 5x5 cm, put in a bowl.
2. Cut the onion into 4 pieces and put in a bowl. Add salt and seasoning.
3. Close the lid and turn on the "Simmering" mode for 3 hours. Cook, stirring occasionally.
4. After cooking, transfer the finished stew into a clean jar and sterilize.
TIP:
Do not add water when cooking stew, it should be cooked in meat juice and melted lard.
