Ingredients

  • Beef (tenderloin) - 600 gr
  • Onion - 2 pcs
  • Tomato paste - 2 tbs
  • Flour - 2 tbs
  • Butter - 2 tbs
  • Sour cream - 3 tbs
  • Bay leaf pcs
  • Allspice (peas) - 3 pcs
  • Parsley tbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Beef Goulash Directions

1. Wash the meat, dry it, cut into large cubes. Finely chop the onion.
2. Put butter in a bowl and turn on the "Fry" mode for 40 minutes. When the oil is well heated, add the meat and fry, stirring occasionally.
3. When the meat juice has almost evaporated, add the onion and continue frying until the end of the program.
4. Sprinkle the meat and onions with flour, stir. Pour in 3 multi-cups of warm water, add salt, tomato paste, bay leaf and pepper, stir.
5. Close the lid and turn on the Stew / Meat mode for 1 hour. Cook, stirring occasionally. Add sour cream 15 minutes before the end of the program.
6. When serving, sprinkle with herbs.
TIP:
Boiled or fried potatoes, mashed potatoes, and buckwheat porridge are well suited as a side dish for goulash (see Recipe Loose buckwheat porridge ”).
