Borscht - recipe
Ingredients
- Beef on the bone - 400 gr
- Cabbage - 0.5 head
- Beet - 1 pcs
- Garlic - 1 clove
- Carrot - 1 pcs
- Onion - 1 pcs
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbs
- Potatoes - 3 pcs
- Tomatoes - 3 pcs
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Water ml
- Salt
- Spice

Borscht Directions

Fry finely chopped onions, beets, grated carrots in a multicooker in the "Fry" mode for 10-15 minutes in vegetable oil. Then set the mode "Stew" for 10 minutes, add 150 ml of water, lemon juice. Transfer the sautéed vegetables to an empty container. Cut the meat into pieces, place in the multicooker bowl, add water and cook on Soup for 1 hour. Cut the potatoes into cubes, the tomatoes into pieces, chop the cabbage, add to the multicooker bowl along with the frying. Cook on the program "Simmering" for another 1 hour. At the end of cooking, add bay leaves, garlic, salt, spices to taste. Leave the borscht in the temperature maintenance mode for 20 minutes to infuse.
