Lamb pilaf - recipe

Ingredients
- Mutton - 350 gr
- Rice - 550 gr
- Vegetable oil - 5 tbs
- Carrot - 200 gr
- Bulb onions - 2 pcs
- Water - 300 ml
- Condiments - 50 gr
- Zira (Kumin) - 1 tbs
- Salt
- Pepper

1. Pre-pour hot water over the rice in a separate container and set aside until toasted.
2. Cut carrots into cubes, onions into half rings, lamb into pieces.
3. Pour vegetable oil into a slow cooker, add onions, carrots and meat, set the mode "FRY" for 10 minutes.
4. Drain the rice.
5. Add the remaining ingredients to the multicooker bowl, add water. Set the mode "PLOV" for 20 minutes.
6. Stir well before use.
