Curd pudding with raisins - recipe
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 500 gr
- Egg - 4 pcs
- Butter - 50 gr
- Sugar - 1 beaker
- Semolina - 2 tbs
- Raisins - 100 gr
- Orange zest - 1 pcs
- Breadcrumbs tbs

Preparation:
1. In a bowl, combine cottage cheese, egg yolks, sugar, orange zest, semolina. Season with salt and beat.
2. Add the washed raisins and the frothed egg whites.
3. Grease the bottom of the bowl with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and evenly pour the mixture into the bowl over the breadcrumbs, level.
