Apple pie Directions

Multicooker firm: PHILIPS

• Lubricate the multicooker bowl with butter. Peel the apples and cut them into thin slices, place them on the bottom of the multicooker so that there is still some free space between the apples. Beat the eggs with a mixer on the highest speed until a very dense white foam forms. While whisking, add sugar and vanilla sugar gradually. Reduce mixer speed to minimum and while whisking, add all the flour in portions. Pour the dough over the apples. Handle the dough as gently as possible so as not to damage the air bubbles, which will give the cake fluffiness and volume. Place the bowl in a multicooker and close the lid.
• Press the “MENU” button, select the “OVEN” mode , the default cooking time is 45 minutes. Press the "TEMP." Button and use the "+" and "-" buttons to set the temperature to 150 ° C.
• After setting desired temperature, press the "START" button.
• At the end of the program, open the lid of the multicooker and carefully remove the inner bowl. Let the cake cool for 30 minutes. Place the pie on a platter, gently flipping the inner bowl of the multicooker so that the bottom of the pie is on top of the platter. Sprinkle powdered sugar over the top of the pie. Serve with a scoop of ice cream and berry, caramel, or chocolate sauce.
Tips
• Charlotte is baked not only with apples - diversify this dessert by adding pears, bananas, apricots, berries or pumpkin instead of apples.
• You can also cut apples or other fruits not into slices, but into cubes, put them in a multicooker bowl and pour over the dough.
• You can sprinkle the apples with cinnamon before placing them in the multicooker bowl.
• Sprinkle with icing sugar and vanilla on the cake before serving.
• You can also increase the amount of fruit to taste.
• Use a Philips mixer or hand blender with whisk attachment to whisk eggs.
