Baked chicken with parmesan - recipe

Ingredients
- Chicken (fillet) - 400 gr
- Egg - 1 pcs
- Milk 2.5% - 2 tbs
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 100 gr
- Breadcrumbs - 1 tbs
- Oregano - 1 tsp
- Paprika - 0.5 tsp
- Olive oil - 2 tbs
- Salt
- Pepper

Baked chicken with parmesan Directions

Preparation:
1. Rinse the chicken fillet, if the pieces are large, cut them in half.
2. Mix the egg and milk.
3. Mix the parmesan, bread crumbs, oregano and paprika in a separate bowl. Spice up.
4. Dip the chicken in an egg, then roll in breadcrumbs with spices.
5. Place the slices in a greased bowl and drizzle olive oil on top.
6. Close the lid and bake on Bake for 7 minutes on each side.
