Preparation:
1. Peel the zucchini, cut into 1 cm thick slices and pat dry with a paper towel.
2. Mix flour with salt and pour into a plastic bag.
3. Place the zucchini in a bag and shake until they are evenly covered with a thin layer of flour and salt.
4. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl, close the lid and run the Fry / Vegetables program for 25 minutes.
5. Place a single layer of courgettes in a deep-frying rack.
6. After the signal to warm up the oil, open the lid and lower the grate into deep fat.
7. Fry the zucchini until light golden brown and place in a colander or sieve to remove excess oil. To cover with a lid.
8. Fry all the zucchini in the same way. Serve warm with sour cream ..
Tip:
You can use any vegetables other than eggplant for deep-fried cooking. The eggplant will absorb the oil and the dish will be overly greasy. Dry the vegetables with a paper towel before cooking.
