- Pears - 500 gr
- Apples (sour) - 500 gr
- Water - 2000 ml
- Sugar - 200 gr
- Lemon acid - 5 gr

Preparation:
1. Remove the stems and the core from pears and apples, cut into large slices without removing the skin.
2. Pour water into a bowl, put sugar. Close the lid and turn on the Drinks setting for 30 minutes. When the water boils, put the fruit, add citric acid, stir.
3. Cook until the end of the program. Cool the finished compote and store in the refrigerator.
Tip:
Optionally, you can add 1 tsp to the compote. vanilla sugar.
