- Mussels - 2 kg
- Cream - 200 ml
- Butter - 60 gr
- Orange juice pcs
- Saffron - 2 pinch

Rinse the mussels, place them in a bowl, pepper and close the lid.
Cook on High Pressure for 4 minutes.
Open, transfer the opened mussels to a platter and cover with aluminum foil to keep the heat out.
At the same time, leaving the resulting broth in the bowl, switch to "Frying vegetables" and add the liquid cream. Bring to a boil, add butter, saffron and orange juice at the very end.
Bring to a boil, stir and pour over the mussels.
