Ingredients

- Ginger (root) - 20 gr
- chicken broth - 400 ml
- Coconut milk - 400 ml
- Champignons (fresh) - 100 gr
- Shrimp (peeled) - 250 gr
- Lemon juice - 1 pcs
- Lemon zest - 1 pcs
- Vegetable oil - 3 tbs
- Sugar - 3 tsp
- Salt

Preparation:
1. Peel chili peppers of seeds and partitions. Chop the peppers finely together with the garlic. Cut the ginger into thin slices. Peel the mushrooms and cut into large slices (small mushrooms can be added whole to the soup).
2. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl and turn on the Vegetables / Stew setting for 15 minutes.
3. Put garlic and chili peppers in the heated oil and simmer for 3-4 minutes.
4. Add ginger and continue cooking, stirring occasionally.
5. 5 minutes before the end of the program add lemon juice and zest of one lemon, sugar. Cook while stirring.
6. Put cooked vegetables out of a bowl and chop with a blender until smooth.
7. Pour chicken stock, coconut milk, and cooked dressing into a bowl. Close the lid and turn on the "Multipovar" mode , set the temperature to 140 ° С for 40 minutes.
8. After boiling, cook for 3-4 minutes. Add shrimp and mushrooms and cook until the end of the program. At the end of cooking, season with salt to taste.
Tip:
When making the dressing, add a small amount of stock to make it easier to chop.
