- Fish (fillet) - 500 gr
- Egg - 1 pcs
- Milk - 0.5 beaker
- Flour - 1 beaker
- Vegetable oil - 5 tbs
- Salt
- Pepper

Preparation:
1. Cut the fish into small pieces, lightly salt.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the egg, milk and flour, stir until smooth and thick with creamy consistency, season with salt and pepper. If necessary, add flour, adjusting the thickness of the batter.
3. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl and turn on the "Fry" program for 20 minutes.
4. Dip the pieces of fish fillets into the prepared dough and put in well-heated oil.
5. Fry on both sides.
