Haddock with olives - recipe
Ingredients
- Haddock - 700 gr
- Onion - 2 pcs
- Vegetable oil - 4 tbs
- Garlic (cloves) - 2 pcs
- Tomato paste - 2 tbs
- Tomato puree - 1 glass
- Pitted olives - 10 pcs
- Rosemary sprig
- Thyme tsp
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 2 tbs
- Salt
- Pepper

Haddock with olives Directions

Preparation:
1. Wash the fish and cut into portions, season with salt and pepper.
2. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl and turn on the "Fry" program for 25 minutes.
3. Fry the fish on both sides until golden brown. Put the fried fish on a plate.
4. In the same oil, fry finely chopped onion and garlic, cut into halves. After frying, remove the garlic and discard.
5. Add tomato puree, tomato paste and spices, salt and stir.
6. Place the fish in a bowl, stir gently. Close the lid and turn on the program "Extinguish" , select the mode "Pressure" , set the time to 20 minutes.
7. At the end of the program, add olives and cheese, stir and leave covered for 10 minutes in the "Maintain temperature" setting.
Tip:
This dish can be prepared from any other sea fish fillet.
