  • Potatoes - 700 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 2 tbs
  • Milk - 1 glass
  • Onion - 1 pcs
  • Mayonnaise - 2 tbs
  • Cheese "Maasdam" - 4 tbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Preparation:
1. Halibut fillet cut into slices, salt.
2. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl, turn on the "Fry" program for 25 minutes and fry the fish until golden brown without closing the lid. Place on a plate.
3. Peel the potatoes, cut into slices, salt and pepper.
4. Put potatoes in a bowl, add milk, stir.
5. Close the lid and run the Bake program for 30 minutes. Cook the potatoes, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.
6. Put the fish on top of the potatoes, put onions on the fish, cut into half rings and mixed with mayonnaise.
7. Close the lid and continue cooking without stirring.
8. Sprinkle the finished dish with cheese and leave covered for 10 minutes in the "Maintain temperature" setting to melt the cheese.
Tip:
When preparing this dish, you do not need to fry the fish, but put it on the potatoes raw after 20 minutes from the start of cooking.

Preparation:
1. Halibut fillet cut into slices, salt.
2. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl, close the lid and turn on the Fry / Fish program for 20 minutes.
3. Fry the fish until golden brown, put on a plate.
4. Peel the potatoes, cut into slices, salt and pepper.
5. Put potatoes in a bowl, add milk, stir.
6. Close the lid and turn on the "Multipovar" program , set the temperature to 120 ° С for the "Convection" mode for 40 minutes. Cook the potatoes, stirring occasionally, for 30 minutes.
7. Put the fish on top of the potatoes, put onions on the fish, cut into half rings and mixed with mayonnaise.
8. Close the lid and continue cooking until the end of the program without stirring.
9. Sprinkle the finished dish with cheese and leave covered for 10 minutes to melt the cheese.
Tip:
When preparing this dish, you may not fry the fish, but put it on the raw potatoes after 20 minutes from the start of cooking.
