  • Salmon (soup set) - 900 gr
  • Bulb onions - 100 gr
  • Carrot - 100 gr
  • Gelatin - 10 gr
  • Water - 2 l
  • Salt
  • Spice

Rinse the fish, remove the gills. Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes, then squeeze. Cut the onions and carrots into 1 cm cubes. Put all the ingredients (except for gelatin) into the bowl of the multicooker-pressure cooker, add water, add salt and spices. Close the cover and valve. Set the program "STEALING" , cooking time 15 minutes. Press the Start button. Cook until the end of the program, then open the valve and let off steam. Then put the fish and vegetables in a separate container, strain the broth, cool the fish, separate the meat from the bones and put in a mold with vegetables. Dissolve gelatin in hot broth and pour over fish and vegetables. Refrigerate until solid.
