COOKING METHOD
1. Peel the fish and rinse without cutting the abdomen. Make an incision around the head, separate the skin from the pulp and carefully remove it, like a stocking. Cut through the vertebral bone in the tail part, but so that the tail does not separate from the skin. Remove the entrails, rinse the fish
2. Separate the pulp from the bones, pass through a meat grinder, mix with soaked in milk and pressed bread and pass through a meat grinder again.
3. Add the remaining milk and egg to the mixture and beat well.
4. Finely chop one onion, chop the other into large strips.
5. Cut carrots into slices
6. Add finely chopped onion, salt and mix thoroughly.
7. Fill the skin of the fish with minced meat.
8. Pour 2 measured glasses of water into a bowl and place a steam plate, put coarsely chopped onions and carrots. Place the fish on top, add bay leaf and peppercorns.
9. Use the “RIGHT” buttons “LEFT” to select the “STEAMER” program and set the time - 30 minutes and the 2nd temperature level
