Preparation:
Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, add minced meat and finely chopped onion. Turn on the "Frying" program for 25 minutes and thoroughly fry the minced meat together with the onions, stirring vigorously. Remove the minced meat from the bowl, season with salt and pepper. Grate potatoes, squeeze out the juice, add salt and mix. Put half of the potato mass on the bottom of the bowl, smooth out, put the minced meat on top in an even layer, cover with the remaining potato mass. Run the Casserole program for 45 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, open the lid and brush the casserole with sour cream or cream. Sprinkle with grated cheese if desired.

Preparation:
1. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl, put minced meat and finely chopped onion. Switch on the Fry / Meat program for 20 minutes and fry the minced meat together with the onion thoroughly, stirring vigorously.
2. Remove the minced meat from the bowl, season with salt and pepper.
3. Grate potatoes, squeeze out the juice, add salt and mix.
4. Put half of the potato mass on the bottom of the bowl, smooth out, put the minced meat on top in an even layer, cover with the remaining potato mass.
5. Switch on the program "Multipovar" , set the temperature to 120 ° С for the mode "Convection" for 40 minutes. 10 minutes before the end of cooking, open the lid and brush the casserole with sour cream or cream. Sprinkle with grated cheese if desired.
Tip:
To prevent the potatoes from darkening, use them immediately or keep them in cold water before cooking.
