Duck with apples and red oranges - recipe

Ingredients
- Duck - 1 pcs
- Apples are green - 2 pcs
- Oranges - 2 pcs
- Dried apricots - 75 gr
- Rosemary - 1 sprig
- Parsley - 3 sprig
- Red onion - 1 pcs
- Garlic - 4 clove
- 4 Pepper Mill Mix - 1 pinch
- Chili pepper (ground) - 1 pinch
- Salt - 5 gr
- For serving: pcs

Duck with apples and red oranges Directions

1. Cut the duck into 8 portions.
2. Chop the garlic coarsely, cut the oranges into slices, onions into rings, apples into slices.
3. Place the duck pieces, onions, garlic in a multicooker saucepan. Add a few rosemary needles, 3 parsley sprigs, salt and spices.
4. Roast the duck pieces on BAKE until golden brown.
5. Add chopped apples and oranges. Cook with the lid closed, CHICKEN for 50 minutes.
6. Transfer the duck slices to a large plate, garnish with fresh apple and orange wedges, parsley leaves and rosemary.
7. Serve with a side dish.
The duck is so tender that it easily separates from the bones.
Pieces of duck can be served with sauerkraut stew.
