Preparation:
1. Wash the rice and put on a sieve to drain the water.

4. Put the cooked meat on a plate, strain the broth.
5. Put rice in a bowl, put meat on top, pour 2 glasses of broth, sprinkle with mint, pepper, salt.
6. Turn on the program "Pilaf" for 30 minutes. Do not stir during cooking.
Tip:
Long grain rice is best for this dish.
