Preparation:
1. Grate the carrots, squeeze the juice.
2. Place the carrots in a bowl, add milk, butter, sugar, salt and vanilla essence and turn on the Multi-cook program, set the temperature to 105 ° C and the time to 20 minutes. Simmer carrots in milk, stirring occasionally.
3. After 15 minutes add semolina, stir and cook until the end of the program.
4. Pour the yolks into the carrot mass, add the cottage cheese grated through a sieve and mix thoroughly.
5. Switch on the program "Multipovar" , set the temperature to 125 ° С for 30 minutes. To remove excess moisture, stir the mass 1-2 times during the first ten minutes. Then smooth the surface and cook without stirring or opening the lid.
6. After the end of the program, keep covered for another 10 minutes. Carefully remove the casserole from the bowl, cut into portions, serve with sour cream.
