Eggplant with ginger - recipe

Ingredients

  • Sunflower oil - 50 gr
  • Eggplant - 3 pcs
  • Ginger - 20 gr
  • Garlic - 4 clove
  • Salt - 3 gr
  • 4 Pepper Mill Mix - 1 pinch
  • For serving: pcs
  • Fresh herbs - 1 bundle

Eggplant with ginger Directions

1. Cut the eggplants into 1 cm thick slices.
2. Pass the garlic cloves through a press.
3. Peel the ginger and cut into thin strips.
4. Rub the prepared eggplants with salt, pepper mixture and garlic.
5. Pour oil into a multicooker pan and heat it on HOT for 30 minutes. Cook with the lid open.
6. Place the eggplant in the heated oil, add the ginger and cook, stirring constantly.
7. Fry the eggplant until tender.
8. Transfer the toasted eggplant to a deep bowl.
9. Decorate the dish with finely chopped herbs and serve.
