Soak cabbage leaves in boiling water (95 ° С) for 5 minutes, beat off large veins with a kitchen hammer. Minced meat, onion and garlic through a meat grinder, add salt, spices, rice and egg, mix everything thoroughly. Put a small portion of minced meat on each cabbage leaf and wrap tightly.
