Ingredients

  • Apples - 300 gr
  • Pears - 300 gr
  • Oranges - 300 gr
  • Couscous - 250 gr
  • Water - 200 ml
  • Sugar - 100 gr
  • Lemon juice - 20 ml
  • Saffron - 5 gr

Grind the zest of one orange, squeeze out the juice. Mix orange and lemon juices, add sugar and water. Pour the mixture into the multicooker bowl, set the Cooking program for 15 minutes, bring to a boil. Cancel the program. Add couscous, stir, close the lid, let it brew for 40 minutes. Pour 50 ml of hot water over the saffron. Cut the fruit into pieces. Mix chilled couscous with fruit and saffron.
