  • Pork (fillet) - 250 gr
  • Beef (fillet) - 250 gr
  • Tomato sauce - 150 gr
  • Bulb onions - 70 gr
  • Garlic - 10 gr
  • Water - 100 ml
  • Salt
  • Spice

Multicooker firm: REDMOND

Rinse beef and pork, mince together with onion and garlic. Add salt and spices, stir. Form the meatballs, put them in a multicooker bowl, add tomato sauce, water and stir. Set the EXTINGUISHING / COOLING program by pressing the Program selection button. Then by pressing the button "Cooking time" set 30 minutes. Press the Start button. Cook until the end of the program.

RMC-P350

Rinse beef and pork. Pass the meat, onion and garlic through a meat grinder. Add salt and spices, stir. Form the meatballs with a diameter of 5 cm. Add the tomato sauce, water and stir to the bowl of the multicooker-pressure cooker. Put the meatballs on top. Close the cover and valve. Set the program STEW / COLD , cooking time 10 minutes. Press the Start button. Cook until the end of the program, then open the valve and let off steam.
Tip:
from spices paprika and coriander are perfect.
