Ingredients
- For the test:
- Flour - 500 gr
- Egg - 1 pcs
- Water - 250 ml
- Salt - 1 tsp
- For minced meat:
- Pork - 500 gr
- Pumpkin - 200 gr
- Bulb onions - 2 pcs
- Salt
- Zira (Kumin)
- Coriander
- Pepper

1. Sift flour, forming a slide. Make a depression in the slide, drive an egg into it, dissolve salt in water and pour it over the egg. Knead the dough. Roll a ball out of the dough and leave, covered with a towel or a bag, for 30 minutes.
2. Prepare the filling. Grind the meat coarsely. Cut the pumpkin into small cubes. Finely chop the onion. Mix meat and pumpkin with spices.
3. Roll the dough into a sausage and cut into equal parts. Roll out each piece to a thickness of 2-3 mm, dusting with flour as needed. You should make flat cakes with a diameter of 12 cm.
4. Place 2 tablespoons of the filling on each cake and pinch the edges.
5. Pour 1 liter of water into the multicooker bowl, put the steamer section into the bowl, put the manti on it. Set the mode "STEAMER / MEAT" for 15 minutes.
