  • Mustard - 40 gr
  • Water - 1500 ml
  • Salt

Multicooker firm: REDMOND

RMC-250

Rinse the meat, cut into 2 cm thick steaks against the fibers, rub with mustard, salt and spices and leave to marinate for 10 minutes. Pour water into the multicooker bowl, install a steaming stand. Put the steaks on it in one layer. Close the lid. Press the button "Menu" , by pressing the buttons "+" and "-" install the program "PAR" . Press the button "OK" twice, press the buttons "+" and "-" set the cooking time to 35 minutes. Press and hold the "Start / Auto-heating" button for a few seconds. Cook until the end of the program.

RMC-M150

Rinse the meat, cut into 2 cm thick steaks against the fibers. Grate with mustard, salt and spices. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes. Pour water into the multicooker bowl, place a container for steaming on top. Put the steaks and one layer into it. Close the lid. Using the button "Menu" install the program "PAIR" . Press the button "Timer / t ° C" , by pressing the buttons "+" and "-" set the cooking time to 40 minutes. Press the button "Start / Auto-heating" . Cook until the end of the program.

RMC-M70

Rinse the meat, cut into 2 cm thick steaks against the fibers. Grate with mustard, salt and spices. Leave to marinate for 10 minutes. Pour water into the multicooker bowl, install a steamer container on top. Place the steaks in a container in one layer. Close the lid, use the Menu button to install the PAR program. Select Meat using the Product type button. Press the Time setting button, then by pressing the Cooking time button set the blinking indicator to 40 minutes. Press the Start button, cook until the end of the program.

RMC-P350

Rinse the meat, cut into 2 cm thick steaks, rub with salt, spices, mustard and leave to marinate for 10 minutes. Pour water into the bowl of the multicooker-pressure cooker, install a stand and a container for steaming on top, put the steaks in one layer. Close the cover and valve. Set the program "STEAMED" , cooking time 10 minutes. Press the Start button. Cook until the end of the program, then open the valve and let off steam.
Tip:
the finished dish can be served with corn and green beans.
