Spicy goulash soup - recipe
Ingredients
- Beef - 150 gr
- Potatoes - 70 gr
- Bulb onions - 70 gr
- Carrot - 70 gr
- Chilli - 6 gr
- Tomatoes - 70 gr
- Tomato paste - 70 gr
- Zucchini - 70 gr
- Garlic - 6 gr
- Water - 700 ml
- Salt
- Spice

Rinse the beef. Cut the meat, potatoes, tomatoes and zucchini into 2-2.5 cm cubes, carrots and onions into 1-1.5 cm cubes, chop the garlic with a knife. Put all the ingredients in a multicooker bowl, add water, add tomato paste, salt, spices and mix. Close the lid. Press the "Menu" button to select the "SOUP" program . Press the button "Set / Timer" , then by pressing the buttons "Hour" and "Min" set 1 hour 40 minutes. Open the lid 5 minutes before cooking ends and add the finely chopped chili. Press the button "Start / Heat" . Cook until the end of the program.
Tip:
Serve with mashed potatoes.
