Homemade noodle soup - recipe
Ingredients
- Chicken (fillet) - 80 gr
- Potatoes - 80 gr
- Homemade noodles - 70 gr
- Bulb onions - 40 gr
- Water - 600 ml
- Salt
- Spice

Rinse the chicken fillet. Cut the fillet and potatoes into 0.8x5 cm strips, cut the onion into 0.3 cm strips. Put all the ingredients (except noodles) in a multicooker bowl, add water, add salt and spices. Mix. Close the lid. Using the button "Menu" select the program "SOUP / STEWING" . Press the button "Setting / Timer" , then by pressing the buttons "Hour" and "Min" set 1 hour 20 minutes. Press the button "Start / Heat" . Open the lid 40 minutes before the end of cooking and put the noodles in the broth. Stir and close the lid. Cook until the end of the program.
Tip:
a pinch of curry will give the soup a rich color and spicy flavor.

Put all the ingredients (except noodles) in the multicooker bowl, add water, add salt, spices and mix. Close the lid. Using the button "Menu" select the program "SOUP - STEWING" , then pressing the button "Cooking time" set the time to 40 minutes. Press the Start button. Add the noodles 20 minutes before cooking is complete and stir. Close the lid and cook until the end of the program.
Tip: you can decorate the soup with halves of boiled quail eggs.
