  • Liquid smoke - 14 ml
  • Salt
  • Spice

Rinse the meat, cut into portions, rub with salt, spices and "liquid smoke" . Wrap each piece in a sheet of foil. Put the meat in a multicooker bowl. Close the lid, use the Menu button to set the BAKING program, press the Time setting button, then press the Cooking time button to set the blinking indicator to 40 minutes. Press the Start button, cook until the end of the program.

Rinse the meat, cut into portions, brush with salt, spices and "liquid smoke" . Wrap each piece in a sheet of foil. Put the meat in a multicooker bowl. Close the lid, using the "Menu" button install the program "BAKING" , by pressing the buttons "Hour" , "Min" set the cooking time to 40 minutes. Press and hold the "Start" button for a few seconds, cook until the end of the program.
Tip: Serve with pickled vegetables.
