Ingredients

  • Trout (steak) - 300 gr
  • Liquid smoke - 10 ml
  • Salt
  • Spice

Rinse the fish, rub with salt and spices. Pour "liquid smoke" on a sheet of foil, place the steak on top and gently wrap. Put the fish in a multicooker bowl. Close the lid, use the Menu button to set the BAKING program, press the Time setting button, then press the Cooking time button to set the blinking indicator for 30 minutes. Press the Start button, cook until the end of the program.
