Ingredients

  • Trout (steak) - 300 gr
  • Liquid smoke - 10 ml
  • Salt
  • Spice

RMC-M26

Rinse the fish (without skin and bones), rub with salt, spices and liquid smoke. Wrap the fish in a sheet of foil and put in a multicooker bowl. Close the lid. Set the BAKING program, cooking time 40 minutes. Press the Start button. Cook until the end of the program.

RMC-M90

Rinse the fish, coat with salt and spices. Pour "liquid smoke" on a sheet of foil, place the steak on top and gently wrap. Put the fish in a multicooker bowl. Close the lid, using the "Menu" button install the program "BAKING" , by pressing the buttons "Hour" , "Min" set the cooking time to 50 minutes. Press and hold the "Start" button for a few seconds, cook until the end of the program.
