  • Rice (parboiled) - 200 gr
  • Apples - 50 gr
  • Dried apricots - 50 gr
  • Oranges - 50 gr
  • Raisins - 50 gr
  • Walnuts - 50 gr
  • Prunes - 50 gr
  • Honey - 40 gr
  • Water - 250 gr

Rinse the rice until clear water. Peel the orange. Core the apples. Soak dried apricots, raisins and prunes in boiling water for 5 minutes, then rinse and put on a sieve, cut into strips. Cut apples and oranges into 1 x 1 cm cubes, chop the nuts with a knife. Put fruits, dried fruits, nuts in an even layer in a multicooker-pressure cooker bowl, pour honey and stir. Put rice on top of the fruit and smooth. To fill with water. Close the lid and steam release valve. Press the PLOV button. Use the Cooking time button to set a low value (10 minutes). Cook until the end of the mode, then open the valve and release the steam. Stir the finished pilaf.

Press the Set / Timer button, use the Hour and Min buttons to set the cooking time to 40 minutes. Press the button "Start / Heat" . Cook until the end of the program. Stir the finished pilaf.
