  • Ginger (ground) - 1 gr
  • Coriander (ground) - 1 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 30 ml
  • Basil - 1 gr
  • Salt
  • Spice

Rinse the meat, grate with a mixture of olive oil, salt and spices. Make cuts in the meat with a knife, stuff with cloves of garlic and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 4-8 hours. Set the ROYING program, cooking time 18 minutes. Press the Start button. Cook with the lid open. After the sound signal, put the pork in the bowl. Cook, turning the meat periodically until the end of the program. Then click the Cancel button. Wrap the fried meat in 2-3 layers of foil and put in a multicooker bowl. Close the lid. Set the BAKING program, cooking time 1 hour. Press the Start button. Cook until the end of the program.
