Vegetable stew - recipe
Ingredients
- White cabbage - 500 gr
- White beans (canned) - 400 gr
- Champignons - 300 gr
- Sweet pepper - 300 gr
- Carrot - 150 gr
- Bulb onions - 100 gr
- Water - 100 ml
- Celery (root) - 50 gr
- Vegetable oil - 50 ml
- Chilli - 20 gr
- Garlic - 10 gr
- Greens for serving
- Salt
- Pepper

Set the program "Frying" for 35 minutes, pour in vegetable oil and heat it for 5-7 minutes. Place finely chopped onion in a bowl and fry for 5 minutes. Add the chopped mushrooms and fry for another 5 minutes. Add coarsely grated celery and carrots and fry until the end of the program. Add cabbage and bell peppers, chopped into strips, sliced chili, salt and pepper. Add water. Close the lid and install Roast . at the end of the program add beans, chopped garlic, sprinkle with herbs and stir.
