  • Bulb onions - 300 gr
  • Rice - 300 gr
  • Vegetable oil - 150 ml
  • Zira (Kumin) - 2 gr
  • Turmeric - 2 gr
  • Fish broth - 500 ml
  • Lemon - 100 gr
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Chop the fish, add salt, pepper, cumin, lemon juice and squeezed lemon slices. Mix everything and put in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours for pickling. Install the program "pilaf" and let the bowl warm up for 5-7 minutes. Add oil and lightly fry the fish, then set aside. Place the chopped onion in a bowl and fry until you hear a beep. Add turmeric, salt and stir. Add half of the rice, lay out the fish, top with the rest of the rice. Pour in broth. Close the lid and cook until the end of the program. Do not stir the finished dish.
