  • Meat (fillet) - 500 gr
  • Rice (parboiled) - 1.5 glass
  • Carrot - 3 pcs
  • Onion - 5 pcs
  • Garlic - 1 pcs
  • Sweet pepper pcs
  • Raisins pcs
  • Spices pcs
  • Salt pcs

Chop onions, carrots, garlic, peppers and meat. Pour oil into the multicooker bowl and put chopped vegetables and meat in it. While stirring, cook on the Fry program for 10 minutes. Then turn off the program, add rice, raisins, spices and water (2: 1), mix everything. Finish cooking the dish on the "Pilaf" program 20-30 minutes.
