Chop the washed and peeled meat with a knife, add salt and pepper. Form oval schnitzels 0.5 cm thick and roll in breadcrumbs. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, turn on the "Fry" program . Put prepared schnitzels in heated oil and fry until tender on both sides.
Tip:
Serve any kind of potatoes and vegetables for garnish.
