Wash, peel and cut all vegetables into strips. Pour some vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl, turn on the "Fry" program and put chopped potatoes, carrots and onions in the heated oil. Cook for 15 minutes. Then add pepper and finely chopped tomatoes, garlic, salt, pepper and herbs. Cook for another 15 minutes.
Tip:
To make the dish more satisfying, you can add a little minced meat.
