Ingredients

  • Blueberry - 1 glass
  • Butter - 75 gr
  • Milk - 120 ml
  • Egg - 2 pcs
  • Flour - 300 gr
  • Sugar - 200 gr
  • Baking powder - 2.5 tsp
  • Soda - 0.5 tsp
  • Salt - 1 tsp
  • Lemon zest - 0.5 tsp

Defrost frozen berries and drain off excess liquid. Whisk butter, milk, eggs and sugar in a bowl. Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Then add the berries and zest and mix gently. Grease a bowl of a multicooker with butter and pour the dough into it. Cook on the Baking program for 1 hour.
