  • Tomato puree - 3 tbs

Wash the meat, cut into small pieces, sprinkle with salt, pepper and fry in a little vegetable oil on the "Baking" or "Fry" program for several minutes After frying, add finely chopped onions , sprinkle the meat with flour, mix and fry a little more. Reject the Baking / Roasting program . Add 2-3 cups of broth or water, tomato puree, bay leaf to the multicooker bowl and cook on the Stew program for about 1-1.5 hours.
Tip:
Serve the goulash with fried or boiled potatoes, sprinkle with finely chopped parsley or dill.
